Returns and Exchanges: Our Promise to You
We happily accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of your purchase. To be eligible, the item must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition with all seals intact. This is so we can ensure the safety and hygiene of all our products for every customer.
For us to process your request smoothly, we’ll just need a little something to confirm your purchase, like a receipt or your order number.
A Few Exceptions
Due to hygiene standards and the nature of some products, there are a few items we are unable to accept for returns or exchanges:
- Used or opened products.
- Gift vouchers or gift cards.
- Final sale or clearance items.
- Free gifts or promotional items.
What if My Product Arrived Damaged?
We take great care in packaging your order, but we know that sometimes accidents happen during shipping. If your product arrives damaged or is defective in any way, please let us know right away!
Just contact our friendly customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your package. Please have your order number ready and a clear photo of the damaged item. We’ll be happy to offer you a full refund or send you a replacement, and we’ll cover the shipping costs, of course.
How to Start a Return Ready to begin?

Simply reach out to our customer care team with your order number and the reason for your return.
Wait for our reply:
We’ll get back to you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and simple instructions on how to send the item back to us.
Ship it:
Once you have your RA number, just securely pack the item in its original box along with your proof of purchase. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your peace of mind, as we can’t be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Please note that for non-defective returns, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
The Refund Process
As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to let you know. If everything looks good, we will process your refund, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember that it may take a little time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
